Updated 30 September 2026. These terms describe the use of the Roovox Solution website. Project-specific work, deliverables, fees and timelines are agreed separately before work begins.

1. Website information

Service descriptions explain the kinds of work available. They are not a binding quotation, promise of availability or guarantee of an outcome. The Growth Lab uses hypothetical inputs and arithmetic; its figures are not client results, forecasts or financial advice.

2. Enquiries and project agreements

Preparing a message on the website does not send it. You choose whether to copy it and send it through Instagram. An enquiry does not create an order. Any engagement should set out the agreed scope, price, responsibilities, deliverables and payment arrangements in writing.

3. Client information and account access

Information supplied for a project should be accurate, and you must have permission to use any content or accounts you provide. Use appropriate delegated account access rather than sharing passwords or verification codes.

4. Marketing and GMB reinstatement

Search rankings, advertising results and lead volumes depend on factors outside Roovox’s control. Google decides reinstatement requests and timing. For the payment-after-reinstatement offer, eligibility, what counts as reinstatement, fees and any third-party costs must be agreed before work starts. The offer is not a guarantee of reinstatement.

5. Payments, changes and cancellation

Payment dates, changes to scope, cancellation and any refund arrangements are governed by the written agreement for the particular project and applicable consumer rights. No payment or refund policy is assumed simply by browsing this website. Contact Roovox to resolve a question before making a payment.

6. Content and third-party platforms

Do not copy Roovox branding or website artwork without permission, except as allowed by law. Third-party names and icons identify the relevant platforms; they do not imply sponsorship, certification or endorsement. Linked platforms operate under their own terms.

7. Responsible use

Do not use this site to distribute malicious material, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its operation. We aim to keep information useful and current, but errors and interruptions can occur. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
