Information you type on this site

The homepage enquiry builder uses the service you select and any business details or message you enter to prepare an introduction in your browser. The site does not submit those fields to a Roovox database or email service. They are held in the current page and are not intentionally saved to local storage. Your browser may separately offer autofill or session restoration.

Contact form and email

When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, selected service, message and any optional business details are sent to FormSubmit to process and forward to [email protected]. FormSubmit and its spam-check services may process technical information and use cookies or similar technology on their own pages. See FormSubmit’s privacy policy. Submissions and email correspondence may be held by our form and email providers. We use this information to respond to your enquiry; submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Copying and sending your message

When you choose Copy message, the text is copied to your device clipboard. Opening Instagram takes you to a separate service. Roovox receives the message only when you send it there. Instagram’s own privacy practices apply to activity on its platform.

Information received by Roovox

If you contact us, we use the information you send to respond, understand your requirements and, if agreed, provide services. Please share only information relevant to the enquiry. We do not need account passwords or verification codes in an initial message.

Cookies, analytics and technical information

The custom website code does not set advertising cookies, run advertising pixels or include third-party analytics. Fonts and images are served with the website. Hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser details and security logs. A hosting platform may also use cookies for access or security, particularly for a private preview. These platform services are separate from the enquiry builder.

Retention and service providers

Messages sent through Instagram are stored within that platform. Enquiry and project information may be retained as needed to respond, deliver agreed services, maintain required records or resolve issues. The appropriate period depends on the purpose and applicable obligations. Contact us to discuss deletion of your enquiry. Hosting and messaging providers process information under their own policies; their systems may be located in other countries.

Your choices

You can browse without completing the enquiry builder. You can choose not to send a prepared message, clear your clipboard and close the page. To request access, correction or deletion of information held by Roovox, contact us via the contact page. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law; you may also be able to complain to the relevant data protection authority.
